- Unopened and Unused: Returns are only accepted for kits that are unopened and unused, with components in their original packaging.
- Damaged or Defective Items: Despite our rigorous quality checks before shipping, if any components are found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return of the defective parts and send replacements at no additional cost to you.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Process for Returns:

- Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization number and detailed instructions for returning your items.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable.
- Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, follow the return process outlined above.
